I offer many professional development services, but I specialize in inquiry-based learning instruction, innovative technology practices, and highly effective leadership strategies.
Innovative Technology Practices
It’s not about technology, it’s how you use it. I train educators on how to use powerful technology tools to enhance teaching and learning in the classroom.
Inquiry-based Learning Instruction
Questions are catalysts for learning. I lead workshops for educators on how to leverage inquiry in the classroom to enhance teaching and learning.
Highly Effective Leadership Strategies
School leaders face complex challenges today. I partner with administrators to help them become change agents in order to make progress on the goals and initiatives of their strategic plan.

In 2017, Bradley facilitated a 2-day Google Educator Level 1 certification for the teachers at the school of which I was the principal. He immediately established a common bond with the teachers as he was a teacher himself. Through his effective facilitation, the teachers were able to begin using the various apps within Google for Education. His ability to prepare the teachers for a new digital journey was transformative for their classrooms and ultimately, their students. When schools closed in March 2020 for the pandemic, the teachers were fully equipped to facilitate remote learning in an effective manner. Google classroom was then necessary and because Bradley had prepared the teachers to embrace the digital world in education, the students were prepared to keep learning. Because of his ability to establish relationships and his wealth of digital knowledge, I highly recommend Bradley as a leader who effectively collaborates with all people he encounters.

During the years I was an Elementary Program Manager for JOSTI, I looked for technology educators and specialists who could develop instructional presentations or hands-on workshops on new technology integration strategies for our attending overseas teachers. I was always excited to receive proposals from Bradley Lands because his 3-hour hands-on sessions were always well-prepared, covered a wide range of technology integration strategies, and were relevant to participants across multiple grade levels and subject areas. Additionally, Bradley is an engaging, dynamic instructor and always made learning new technology applications exciting and fun for the overseas teachers regardless of their technology proficiency.
